Description

Iron fertiliser chelated with aminoacids
  • Effective uptake of iron by the leaf cells with foliar application
  • Particularly stable in alkaline soils
  • Suitable for foliar applications and fertigations
DESCRIPTION
Amino Fe is a rich source of absorbable iron with amino acids. It is suitable for the prevention and treatment of problems caused by iron deficiency in all crops. The presence of amino acids of plant origin facilitates the absorption of Amino Fe and helps the plant to quickly cope with iron deficiency and the associated reduction in photosynthesis.

Iron (Fe) deficiency, also called chlorosis, is manifested by a yellowing of the leaves due to the inability to synthesise chlorophyll and leads to reduced vegetation and low crop efficiency. Improper treatment of chlorosis exacerbates the problem and eventually leads to tissue necrosis. Iron chlorosis occurs strongly in calcareous soils with alkaline pH, in very acidic and light, sandy soils with little organic matter. The amino acids contained in Amino Fe stabilise iron ions so that they can be introduced into the soil via irrigation systems, which also has a positive effect on neutral or acidic soils.

Dosages
General dosages:
Fertigations: 5 – 10L / ha .
Foliar: 1 – 2 L / 1000L water, when necessary.

Stone fruits: (1-2 applications overall).
1st application during sprouting with 1L / 1000L water
2nd application at 15-20 day interval with 1,5 – 2L / 1000L water

Apples – pears: (2-3 applications overall).
1st application, during sprouting with 1-1,5L / 1000L water, 2nd application, approximately 15-20 days later with 1,5 – 2L / 1000L water.
If necessary, a 3rd application can follow after petals falling with 1,5 – 2L / 1000L water

Kiwi fruit: (2-3 applications overall).
1st application is set during sprouting with 1-1,5L / 1000L water 2nd application follows with 1-1,5L / 1000L water, 15-20 days after the 1st.
If necessary, a 3rd application follows 15-20 after fruit setting with 1,5 – 2L / 1000L water

Vineyards: (2-3 applications overall).
1 – 1,5L / 1000L water, from sprouting to the falling of petals.
At the 1st application, the lowest dosage is recommended.

Strawberries – vegetables:
Fertigations: 5 – 10L / ha.
Foliar: 1 – 1,5L / 1000L water, when necessary.

Ornamentals:
Foliar applications: 1,5 – 2L / 1000L water.

Compatibility: Amino Fe can be combined with all common pesticides and fertilisers, with the exception of very alkaline products. In any case, a small scale is tested beforehand with an unknown combination.
It is applied at cooler times of the day and immediately after the solution has been prepared.
Smaller doses are used for spraying in greenhouses.
