DESCRIPTION
Chelix Zn is a special liquid zinc fertiliser (EDTA) that is suitable for supplementary fertilisation and the correction of zinc deficiency. Due to the chelating form of zinc in Chelix Zn, it is also suitable for foliar applications and fertigations as well. Chelix Zn improves fruit set by increasing pollen quality and thus overall production, it regulates the production of auxin, a phytoormone essential for growth increase and elongation of meristematic tips, and it improves shoot growth and photosynthesis rate.

Dosages
General dosage of fertigation: 10 – 30 L / ha
General dosage of foliage applications: 1.5 – 3 L / 1000 L of water
Peaches – almonds – cherries:
Foliage applications
1st Application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L immediately after the fruiting and has just formed enough foliage.
2nd application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water in the autumn before the start of leafy.
Apples – pears:
Foliage applications
1st application with 2 L / 1000 L of water at the start of the new vegetation.
2nd application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water before flowering.
3rd application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water immediately after the fruiting.
In cases where ‘cork’ occurs due to calcium deficiency, applications continue every 15 days with the same dosage.
Vineyards:
Foliage applications
1st application with 2 L / 1000 L of water at the start of the new vegetation.
2nd application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water when forming flowers (bunches).
3rd application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water before the fruiting.
Olive:
Foliage applications
1st application with 2 L / 1000 L of water at the start of the new vegetation.
2nd application with 3 L / 1000 L of water at the start of flowering.
In cases where severe fruiting fall and olives deformation is occurring, there is a 3rd application with 3 L / 1000 L of water.
Vegetables (tomato-cucumber-pepper etc):
Fertigation
15 – 20 L / ha during the formation of the first inflorescence and repetitions during flowering with the same dosage.
Foliage applications
1st application with 1.5 – 2 L / 1000 L of water when forming the first inflorescence and repetitions during successive flowering with the same dosage.
Leafy vegetables (cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli):
Fertigation
1st Application with 15 – 20 L / ha, at the 4-6 actual sheet formation stage.
2nd Application with 20 -0 3 L / ha, before the ‘heart’ of the vegetables.
Foliage applications
1st application as soon as the plants get enough foliage to absorb the product with 1.5 – 2 L / 1000 L of water.
2nd Application with 2 – 3 L / 1000 L of water, before the ‘curd’ of the vegetables are formed.
