Vivechrom TROWELING FILLER is an ultra-fine-grained cementitious powder filler reinforced with special acrylic resins. It is used for filling, spackling, and smoothing interior and exterior surfaces prior to painting (PRE-PAINT Series). It is suitable for walls and ceilings made of plaster, concrete, drywall, and brick, and replaces oil-based putties and similar materials. When water is added, it forms a homogeneous, creamy paste with excellent workability. It works up smoothly and easily and has excellent filling power and coverage. It dries quickly, sands easily, does not crack or shrink, and produces a beautiful white, smooth finish. Adding Vivechrom’s VIVELATEX mortar modifier to the SPATULA PLASTER enhances its durability for exterior use.

Preparation & Storage
1. Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of defective or poorly bonded materials, dust, oils, and salts. For drywall, it is recommended to first apply a primer coat of Vivechrom NEOPAL PRIMER diluted 50% with water. Processing such as dry sanding will create dust. Work in a well-ventilated area. Use appropriate respiratory protection.
2. After Use
Do not empty or rinse containers and tools containing paint or paint residue down the sink, toilet, drain, or into the trash.
3. Storage
Store in a covered, dry area, preferably on pallets, at temperatures between 5°C and 40°C, for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
